How did you determine the dates? 
The LDS World History Timeline is based on the most widely accepted dates in each field of study we researched.  The Bible dates are based on Usher's Table. Usher is a well known seventeenth century Bishop of Ireland whose work in determining Biblical dates has been widely accepted.  His Bible dates were included in both the King James Bible and the Catholic Bibles.   The Book of Mormon dates are based on the Bible dates where they relate - for example the brother of Jared is associated with the Tower of Babel.  Other Book of Mormon dates are calculated from those major milestones.

How can I find a person or event on the Timeline if I'm not sure when s/he lived?
You can look her or him up on the index which is printed on the lower corners of the LDS Timeline.  This will point you to the right year.  It will also point you to the main scripture references for that person or event.

Can I buy the Timeline over the Internet?  How secure is it?
You can order right now over the internet by clicking here.  After you fill out your order and shipping information, you will be taken to our secure server to enter your credit card.  Your credit card number is NOT stored with your name and address information making it extremely difficult for anyone to use the number to order.  It is stored in a separate file which is password protected on our secure server. We clear this file off our computer daily so your credit card number is in the file for 24 hours or less.  You have a greater chance of having your credit card number stolen off the little paper you sign in a restaurant than off our secure server.

What is your privacy policy for my e-mail address?
Your email address will be used only to notify you of updates to the Timeline,  to confirm orders or to let you know of any special pricing offers we have.   We will never sell or give away your email address or any other personal information.

Is the Timeline laminated?
No but it is varnished. If we laminated it, we couldn't roll it for shipping.  Instead we print it on high quality heavy weight paper which is then varnished to make a tough, long-lasting finish.

The LDS World History Timeline is 37" high and 45" wide.  That's about three feet high by four feet wide.
